Sri B. Sesha Reddy served 17 long years in Defence services. After his retirement from Defence services he established S V Defence Academy and to help the rural youth in particular to secure jobs in Services. His dynamism and Zeal to serve the society made him to start S V Defence Academy through which many students were selected to various positions in state and central government offices. It is only through his strong determination and dedication that the institute has flourished to his level. Under his able guidance the institution is developing as a premier institute in providing Jobs to thousands of students in short span of time. Every year he visits different voluntary organizations in Tirupati and he is always there to help them. His aim from beginning is to tap the extraordinary potential all students have and to guide them sharpen those skills. So that students can achieve their dream jobs at their early stages of life.
